Some Other Place is a dub/ska/ influenced song written after a chance remark by the bands drummer Declan Stewart driving through Newcastle one night after a band practice; 'it's nice to arrive back here after being someother place ...'

It's a road song with a difference. Rather than heading out on a journey it's about returning, hopefully a little wiser. The lover's been left behind, but he'll ever forget her face.
